NEW TBI BALL NUTS

PHASE OUT - PHASE IN

We would like to inform you that TBI nuts types SFU and SFI will be available only until the relevant stock will be sold out (both by TRM and by the manufacturer).

SFU and SFI types will definitively phased out, and new types SFNU e SFNI will be available respectively.

The new nuts will have same dimensions and load capacities as previous ones, but they will provide a more efficient sealing system which offers a closer contact with the fillet and it is constituted by some parts that allow an accurate positioning. Moreover the important factor D*n (Nominal Diameter by the Max. Allowable Speed) has been improved too.

Also the TBI nuts type SFE and SFS will be phased out and replaced by types SFY and SFH respectively.

These types have been involved by the same improvements as for the above types, however we do suggest to always check in detail dimensions into relevant data sheet, before making any application, since providing a more performing seal has caused a shoulder of some mm. in front of the flange.

The new release of TRM relevant catalogue already includes all these new types.

All files needed for the machine design, like in format .jpg, .dxf e .stp, are already available upon requirement to our Customer and Sales Service.

Feel free to contact us for any clarification or further detail you may need, also in case shifting to new types should cause any inconvenient for the single application. Do not heistate to ask also for any availability of the required item
