We can produce and supply racks in multiple combinations of materials and precision classes, to meet all the needs of customers and their applications.
We can supply straight or helical toothed racks, from module 0.5 to module 22, with lengths up to 3,000 mm and precision racks from Q6 to Q11.
We use construction steels which do not require further treatment, or steels suitable for surface hardening such as induction hardening, cementation and hardening or nitriding.
The entire production process and all quality controls, along the supply chain and on the finished product, are completely tracked, to certify the highest quality to the customer.

In addition to construction steels, we can offer products made of aluminum, plastic, nylon and other materials on request.
Self-lubricating treatments, which reduce friction or antioxidant treatments to counteract the formation of oxidations are also available on request.
We can also offer you special racks: round racks, with rectangular section, in the most different materials, in varying lengths from 3000 mm up to small dimensions.
